I called for same day maintenance service and they was able to squeezed me in. The service tech asked all the right questions and was very helpful. Whereas another Toyota dealership didn't show any willin able to squeezed me in. The service tech asked all the right questions and was very helpful. Whereas another Toyota dealership didn't show any willingness to help, didn't ask any question and was quick to hang up on me. As a result, they sent me a text confirmation for the wrong car (I have more than 1 Toyota). Which of course i had to cancelled after i called Expressway Toyota. Expressway Toyota Services was fast & efficient. Everyone was nice and done their job well. I will be back for more future services for sure. More

Came to the dealership to discuss a lease. The dealership was open and airy, and everyone seemed to milling about working (meaning the salespeople looked very productive).
