Not happy! My experience with my salesman and the finance department was great. Everything that happened after the sale really sucked. I can't find any other wor My experience with my salesman and the finance department was great. Everything that happened after the sale really sucked. I can't find any other word to accurately describe it. I had bought from expressway in the past and loved the team atmosphere and the cohesion between the employees. That was a few years ago when expressway was a much smaller company. In making a major purchase, I consider a $30K purchase a major one, the service I receive after the sale is just as or, even more important to me. I'll try to put this in a nutshell for you. The departments have absolutely no communication between one another. The service writer had no idea what was on the "we owe you" promissory note from the sales Dept. I was always transferred at least 3 times before speaking to anyone that had any clue what I was talking about. Sometimes 5-6 times or put on eternal hold and was disconnected. I had to call and track down my own parts and then had to get in touch with the sales manager to get the ok for the service writer to order the part. Why in the world did I, as the customer, have to do the leg work to get the items repaired or replaced that they assured me would be taken care of with no problem. My truck had to be taken back twice to get the work completed. In the ruffly 4 weeks I've owned it the dealership has had it for 1/2 the time. To top it off, yesterday after the last repair was complete I personally dropped the title for my trade off to the title clerks office and received the paperwork I needed to license my truck. Today around 2 pm I received a phone call from the sales manager asking for the title to my trade. Oh, and on a minor note I feel compelled to include that my truck had to be driven from Evansville to Mt Vernon, IN and back to get one of the repairs completed at expressway Chevrolet and no one even bothered to replace the gas they used to make the round trip. All in all I'm not happy and won't be using expressway for any other purchases or services. There is no amount of can cozies, chip clips or, ball caps going to fix this. I don't see to bright a future for expressway. Thank you for your time. More

Eddie the manager, awful. We bought two brand new jeeps within two months at Expressway , the buying experience was excellent HOWEVER, my wife's jeep had the check engine light We bought two brand new jeeps within two months at Expressway , the buying experience was excellent HOWEVER, my wife's jeep had the check engine light on at less than 500 miles. She took it to Expressway, the manager, Eddie, talked down to my wife and belittled her to the point of crying. Literally, she called me crying. How's that for customer service? The major issue I'm having is that within the week of my purchase I'm needing to get oil changes and other maintaince done. I feel as if the dealership should have done and checked these issues before selling. It is a courtesy type of thing. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from any expressway dealership. Nice staff to work with it must add, but I did not see customer service through my experience. More
