After looking at the lower priced voyager we decided a Pacifica was our pick. Kaden immediately found the (almost) perfect one on the first try! We still had 12 other cars to look at but after visiting every other dealership on the block we returned to Kaden. We looked at Pacificas at home before our appointment with him and my wife found a slightly better one (less price tag for losing features we didn't need). We'll Kaden also did some research for us and found and even better one before we even got there. It was obvious he had been doing a ton of homework for us before we even showed up. We did another test drive and purchased the perfect 2025 Pacifica in my daughters favorite color clue! Even after securing the sale Kaden spent literal hours going over every single feature down to how to pair the remote controls for the fire TV and if he didn't know something he would run and ask or look it up to learn.
