Great job all around We went looking for a truck, and met Jim. He took the time to sit down with us to get our info on what we were looking for and a price range. When we didn't see anything at the time, Jim kept in touch through calls and text with new inventory he got. Just a few weeks later he had come across one and called me to see if I liked it and wanted to come see it. We immediately told him yes, set up an appointment that day and ended up buying it from him. Truly the best experience I've had, such great service. First visit, great experience! When I saw a used 2016 Ford Escape advertised by their sister dealership Expressway Ford on Facebook, I sent my friend the link to get his opinion. H When I saw a used 2016 Ford Escape advertised by their sister dealership Expressway Ford on Facebook, I sent my friend the link to get his opinion. He said he knew Jim Thompson who worked at Expressway Chevrolet. He reached out to him for me and within 45 minutes we were on our way to look at it. Upon arrival, Jim had the Escape parked at his facility ready for us to examine. He immediately pointed out some minor body work needing done and said no matter if I bought it or not, they would be fixing it. A short test-drive later, we were sitting in Jim's office completing the paperwork on the sale. First thing on Monday, Jim followed through on his promise of immediately making arrangements for a loaner vehicle and having mine taken in for the minor body repair. He also quickly procured the second key for the Escape. Within two days, I had my Escape back without having to lift a finger. Unlike many salespeople I've dealt with in the past, Jim is honest, fun, straightforward, and overall a pleasure to deal with. The finance person (whose name I forget) was just as cordial and great to work with. Jim's communication and follow-through are outstanding - I wish everyone I dealt with possessed the same work ethic. I have no idea if I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but frankly, I don't care. The service before, during and after the sale make up for any minor savings I might (or might not) have gotten elsewhere. I'll definitely refer friends and family to Jim and I'll be back for my next vehicle when that time comes. More
