From the time that I called in the morning to inquire about a GMC truck they had in stock, our salesman (James McKinney) was very polite and laid back with me. He never hesitated to answer any question I threw his way, and went out of his way to provide me with every detail about the vehicle that I requested. He even had gotten the truck cleaned up (we've had a bunch of rain and winter weather lately) so that it was looking tip-top upon our arrival. The best part is the fact that he did not hassle us or pressure us in any way. The truck was warm and ready to go and he told us immediately to take it for a test drive around town, just me my wife and baby boy. The vehicle was exactly as described and performed fantastic. They even offered me top appraisal trade-in value on my vehicle when i didn't think they would accept it at all. Another very friendly staff member was Ray Condray. He took over when it came to financing options. Mr. Ray was also very personable and easy to talk to. He took time to thoroughly explain everything to my wife and I so that we could fully understand every aspect of the deal. In the end, I left satisfied and wasn't the least bit stressed during any part of this car buying process....unlike every other dealership experience we've had in the past. 10/10 to Mr. Hatcher and his employees! Disappointed Very disappointed that they are no longer open on saturdays to get service done . Has lost my service business I work in medical field and live in Cro Very disappointed that they are no longer open on saturdays to get service done . Has lost my service business I work in medical field and live in Crockett co and can’t get car there during the week to get oil changed and now are not open on Saturday. You need to take a look at your policy since 2 weeks ago you were booked Saturday for service and now not open at all. If you going to close on Saturday need to consider staying open till 7 or 8 More

I decided in Dec. 2017 to purchase a new truck because technology has advanced a lot in 10 yrs (safety, MPG, features etc..). Upon enter the dealership, I was greeted by Brandon Jones. He was very attentive to my needs about what I was looking for. Almost immediately he said I have two vehicles that come to mind. I was impressed as he knows the stock very well. I settled on the GMC Canyon. The finance department was very helpful and paperwork went really fast. The entire process took a little over an hour. Brandon, Ray, Rick and the entire staff were super friendly and extremely helpful in every way. I highly recommend Donnie Hatcher! More
