Literally The Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had The folks over at Donnie Hatcher Chevrolet, Buick, GMC are all top notch. From the time that I called in the morning to inquire about a GMC truck they The folks over at Donnie Hatcher Chevrolet, Buick, GMC are all top notch. From the time that I called in the morning to inquire about a GMC truck they had in stock, our salesman (James McKinney) was very polite and laid back with me. He never hesitated to answer any question I threw his way, and went out of his way to provide me with every detail about the vehicle that I requested. He even had gotten the truck cleaned up (we've had a bunch of rain and winter weather lately) so that it was looking tip-top upon our arrival. The best part is the fact that he did not hassle us or pressure us in any way. The truck was warm and ready to go and he told us immediately to take it for a test drive around town, just me my wife and baby boy. The vehicle was exactly as described and performed fantastic. They even offered me top appraisal trade-in value on my vehicle when i didn't think they would accept it at all. Another very friendly staff member was Ray Condray. He took over when it came to financing options. Mr. Ray was also very personable and easy to talk to. He took time to thoroughly explain everything to my wife and I so that we could fully understand every aspect of the deal. In the end, I left satisfied and wasn't the least bit stressed during any part of this car buying process....unlike every other dealership experience we've had in the past. 10/10 to Mr. Hatcher and his employees! More
