With the addition of our daughter, we were outgrowing our one car, but could not find any help from other car dealers in our area. I found Donnie Hatcher's website and filled out the online application on Friday morning. After talking to Kim Spain a couple times to answer her questions, she asked if we could come in that afternoon. When we got there, the finance manager had gotten us approved out an outstanding rate. Kim and Brandon Jones had us test drive the vehicle we were interested in, and when we got back, had all the paperwork ready for us to sign, and handed us the keys. These people bent over backwards for us and we absolutely couldn't be happier. Have already recommended them to a friend who is in the market. More
