Needless to say, we are shocked to see this review! As you can see, we have a perfect 5 Star rating for years, and that only comes from treating our customers with honesty and integrity. Rick has been our finance manager for almost 10 years, and is a man of impeccable character. Every customer is presented with the option to purchase a service contract of their choosing. It is done with a "Option Menu", and the customer chooses what, if any, optional products they may or may not want to purchase. We keep this copy on file, and will be glad to sit down with you and go over the process where you opted to purchase the Service Contract. Common sense would dictate that we have no "free" service contracts, although you would receive the remainder, if any, factory warranty from the Manufacturer that is left on the preowned vehicle. We are sorry that you feel differently 3 months later after the purchase. And yes, you are correct that we did not clean the vehicle before you left, we had stayed quite a bit past closing our closing time to ensure that we gave you the best customer experience possible and unfortunately our clean up department had already closed for the day by the time we finalized the deal. We offered to have you come back for a clean up later, and that offer still stands. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as we are constantly striving to make the buying experience as pleasurable as possible, and we appreciate any feedback from our customers.
