No Pressure but watch out when signing paper!!! I was a happy customer until the fast talking, deceptive finance manager Rick Waters went over the warranty options, etc and never said there was a ch I was a happy customer until the fast talking, deceptive finance manager Rick Waters went over the warranty options, etc and never said there was a charge for the warranty. After receiving an email about scheduled maintenance I decided to check our warranty and I'll be damned if he didn't add an extended warranty costing $1750! We were informed consumers that knew an extended warranty wasn't worth the paper written on so I guess he knew he better not say there was a cost. We were lead to believe we were signing for the free warranty that came with the truck. He will swear up and down it was explained but he never said there was a cost, only said sign here for your warranty! Needless to say: Never will buy from them again as we had stated over and over we did not want the stupid extended warranty when negotiating the purchase. You can have any thing signed but unless you explain (which he did not since he was in a huge hurry to go home) then you leave very unsatisfied customers! Say what you want but we were not informed there was a charge!!!!!!!!!! The truck was never even cleaned nor filled with gas which I've never had a dealer let a customer leave with a filthy truck and less than a 1/4 tank of gas! We thought we would always come back to Hatcher Chevrolet but after being charged then argued with about what he did or did not say (we have ears!) we will not return for our next purchase! More

From pleasant conversations on the phone with their internet guy, Andrew, to driving off with the car we were searching for....the experience could not have been any better and the information given was very reliable! Having to drive 2 1/2 hours to them, the communication was so easy and pleasant! Upon arrival, we met Kenneth, our salesman and the car was cleaned and ready for a test drive!
