This is the first time I have purchased an rv from a dealership and I won't be back. Explore USA in Seguin TX was completely unprofessional. We bought a toy hauler and on our way to pick it up we recei dealership and I won't be back. Explore USA in Seguin TX was completely unprofessional. We bought a toy hauler and on our way to pick it up we received a phone call that they did not have keys to the ramp. They had ordered them but then ordered new latches and they had not come in. They offered to have us bring it back so they could install the latches at a later date. That's a lot of money in gas so we opted to have the latches overnighted to us and we would do it ourselves. Once we got home we realized we didn't have keys to the front or back door. So we called and they acted as if this was normal. Since they didn't have keys to the ramp they probably didn't have them to the doors either. That means they didn't verify the doors locked which I would assume would be part of their checklist when going over the trailer. They promised to overnight those as well. Three days later still no latches or keys. I called again only to have them realize they were sitting on their desk. So they promised to overnight once again. I received them two days later. The trailer was purchased a week and half before we picked it up. This was so service could check it over and clean it up. It was not cleaned. We found a dead mouse in it. Two weeks after picking it up I realized my receiver hitch was missing. They had to use the spare hitch I brought because the one on my truck was to low. They did not put the one they took off my truck back in my truck. I have called several times over the last three weeks. The first week I could not get a call back. The second week I was told they were looking for it and would call me back. They didn't. I called them back and was told they couldn't find it but they would look again and get back to me. Week three and still no call back. So I call again and they still can not find it and no offer to help resolve the situation. I feel completely disrespected and put off by the service after the sale. No one cares about customer service there and I would not recommend you purchase anything from them. Now I need to find and purchase another adjustable receiver hitch so I can pull my other trailer. So disappointed with giving my money to a place like this. More
