Rick and Exotic Motors made buying a car very easy. I found my 2013 BMW 650ix Gran Coupe online and emailed to have a few questions answered. Rick emailed me back and at my request, subsequently called I found my 2013 BMW 650ix Gran Coupe online and emailed to have a few questions answered. Rick emailed me back and at my request, subsequently called me. I made him aware that should I buy the car, I would be flying in from Ohio. He was very friendly and forthcoming about the vehicle. I didn't feel that I was being sold, just informed. I gave his staff a credit card deposit, signed some paperwork and set up an appointment to pick up the car. The day I arrived in Chicago, I was delayed at O'Hare, yeah, I'm sure you're all surprised. I called Rick and let him know I would be a bit late. He was very understanding and kept the dealership open after hours to allow me to pick up the car that evening, instead of waiting until morning. His staff was very helpful and friendly, as well. I've already recommended Exotic Motors to friends and we are actively working with Rick to find a few vehicles. More
