Buyer beware! This dealer does nothing but lie and sell garbage! Sold us a vehicle with a multitude of underlying issues. We reported the issues immediately and they even took possession of the car for garbage! Sold us a vehicle with a multitude of underlying issues. We reported the issues immediately and they even took possession of the car for 2 weeks to have it inspected by the manufacture directly to confirm our suspicions. They offered no solutions with zero accountability! When asked for the report they refused to provide it. They refused to cancel the sale or provide alternate solutions and take accountability for Under handed sale of a lemon!!!! Owners are shady and refuse to be accountable! Do not do business here!!!!! Not able to see the car I had to get videos, so I sent them the money. The last thing I needed was a receipt for spark plugs and oil filter that Ali a sales rep that sold me the car was going to give to me and told me it was no problem. Two weeks goes by and I haven’t got my receipt. Three days after that Ali sends me a receipt for the parts but these parts were not for my vehicle they were for a Subaru Legacy and Lexus. I call and Micheal a service employee says that’s what the system rings up the parts as, but they’re the right parts. I ask where is Ali? he’s with a customer. Before all this Ali texted me saying he wasn’t at work it was his “day off” so he lied. I told Micheal, he tells me Ali isn’t a good sales rep. He doesn’t follow up with customers after the check comes in. I figured, since he’s been ignoring me a lot. Micheal then says because they change spark plugs, oil and oil filters in house that there’re no receipts for it. Basically, you have no record of any of this? He tells me to call the autozone. So I did, Those parts aren’t for the vehicle. I call back and tell Micheal that, he says there’s no way the parts are wrong if they are then autozone messed up. Which is a lie. I ask to speak to Sam a manager and tell him What happened. I call my father and he’s just as upset as I am because for a 22k car, being a 2005, it should be perfect regardless of the year. I call Sam back because I already don’t trust them. I tell him since I haven’t got the vehicle yet. I wanted a refund. Sam tells me to clam the F*** down and hangs up on me. I call back no answer. I call again. Micheal picks up, I ask him where’s Sam and he miraculously was on the phone with a customer. They just tell me that so they don’t have to speak to me so I hang up and call Ali he finally answers. I tell him the story. He says there’s no way Sam spoke to you like that. Then he puts me on hold and talks to Sam. Ali comes back and says Sam said he never spoke to you today maybe you spoke to sal? I said no, Sam is the only manager there correct? Ali says yes, so there you go if I didn’t speak with him how would I know all this. I speak to Rudy a manger, says he will put gas in the car and send me a check for spark plugs and oil filter and me knowing it’s not in writing, I knew it was a lie but I accepted because I just wanted to get the car already since I paid for it and can’t do anything to get my money back. I finally get the car. Little do I know so many cosmetic problems that Ali didn’t address. I get the car. No check, the tank was empty. There were cracks on the wind shield, the hood had a dent as well as the trunk, on the trunk the key placement is coming off, there was paint fading, the trunk had no mat inside. There was a puddle of pink fluid where the spare tire is in the trunk, there was a hole in the carpet on the drivers side, there was no brake fluid in the tank so I had to buy some, the rear passenger tire sensor was broken and had a flat, I took it to a tire shop and had to get a new tire and sensor. They told me all 4 tires were low pressure and low on tread, front bumper had a crack, passenger rear view mirror frame was broken so had to get a new mirror to replace, because they put on the wrong spark plugs the engine is idling incorrectly so I have to spend $400 at a Subaru dealership to fix it and do a diagnose because I don’t trust this dealership. I call and tell Ali and he says he will contact his boss. Then ignores me. I call Rudy, I told him there was no gas in the tank and no check. Told him the problems the car has. He tells me, he will speak to his boss. Never gets back to me and ignores me also. These people lie and are rude. Anyone who is even thinking of buying a car from here needs to read this and think twice. It seems on google they write their own reviews because on BBB there rating is atrocious. I would NEVER buy anything from this dealership after this experience. I’ll be posting everywhere. More
These Guys are the WORST! Sal sold me a 2010 Chevy Equinox it was a PIG WITH LIPSTICK!! They lied time after time never fixed it then they canceled the Deal because they refused to repair the Car! This dealership is has provided me with the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Avoid like the absolute plague My excellent experience started just 6 hours after purchasing my 370z. While out on my drive that evening, unbeknownst to me, I had a fractured front My excellent experience started just 6 hours after purchasing my 370z. While out on my drive that evening, unbeknownst to me, I had a fractured front rim. During this drive the damaged rim decided to make itself known by ejecting itself. Not only destroying my fender on its way off but causing damage to suspension components. No problem, freshly purchased from a dealership with a warranty, easy fix. I couldn't have been more wrong. After getting a tow to the nearest shop I attempted to contact the dealership and got zero follow up, great professionalism, guys.. When I attempted to get the warranty to cover it they told me it was the dealerships obligation due to the timeline in which this event occurred and that the contract hadn't been finalized (excellent foreshadowing in this story). So then I was stuck, obviously I needed to get a repair done since I could not just drive the vehicle home. So, after spending thousands of dollars to repair this back to spec I was obviously not happy but just choked it up to a bunch of clowns trying to run a "business" and continued to just enjoy my car. Those events all transpired in December, 2019. Fast forward to now. I'm enjoying my car, start hearing a few noises that need addressing and decide to take the car into the shop. I have the warranty I paid $2k for, right? Wrong. My mechanic calls me up saying after contacting the warranty company he was informed that Exotic Motors never sent payment to the warranty company. If this wasn't bad enough, the same company that my warranty is under is also the underwriter for my gap insurance. So for the last 8 months I have been driving without gap insurance. Clearly I have seen how helpful the dealership is on conflict resolution so thank god I didn't end up needing my gap. So now, as of 8/3/20 I have been informed of this issue and I began trying to contact the warranty company directly. They tell me I need to talk to the dealership. Now, here I am five days later still unable to get a resolution to this issue to my missing $2k warranty I paid for. I would recommend you to stay as far as humanly possible from this entire establishment. More
