During the negotiation process I never felt pressured, and while I always feel I could do better in price, I was happy with the overall deal. After the sale, they continued to impress me. They walked me through the titling process as I was from Wisconsin. They also took care of the two very small issues I had after the sale in a prompt professional manner. I bought a top of line 2013 Tesla Model S P85+ from Exotic Motors. I worked with Rick Ghous on the transaction. Shawn took his time with the vehicle to make sure it was safe and in good working condition before he would allow us to test drive it. Because the car sat in the warehouse for 6 weeks, a couple of service l safe and in good working condition before he would allow us to test drive it. Even though we had to come back a second day after the car was checked mechanically, I felt this was the right approach which gave me the confidence that this is a business with a high degree of integrity.
