Even when I returned home & saw a swirl mark or 2 & 1 other very small issue came to my attention the next day, he was very happy to make an appointment to rectify the situation. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Fred Dawood & was pleased with his attitude & helpfulness. He also made a customer very happy that day as well, while I was waiting for my car to be finished up. As well the manager on duty Rick Ghous was very helpful in securing a very acceptable price.
