Recently purchased a 2017 BMW M3 from here. Everyone there was super helpful thru out the whole process. They worked with us on the price of the car, allowed us to get a Pre Purchase Inspection Everyone there was super helpful thru out the whole process. Would highly recommend if in the market for a used luxury/sports car. Have driven the car over 500 miles now, and have had zero issues whatsoever. Super happy with my purchase at Exotic Motors. More

I had a terrible experience with this dealership, and I urge potential buyers to beware. This business has an F rating with the BBB and 23 complaints in the last 3 years. That should have been my first red flag, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. Big mistake. I scheduled an appointment to look at a BMW. Upon arrival, I was directed to a car parked in a dimly lit corner of the showroom. I had to use a flashlight to inspect the car because they were too lazy to move it to a better-lit area. The sales manager, Chris, approached me, and I asked if I could take the car for a test drive to ensure it was in good mechanical shape. Instead of accommodating my reasonable request, Chris arrogantly accused me of wanting to joyride the car. I have never purchased a car without a test drive, and no other dealer in Illinois has refused me one before. We even asked if a salesman could take us for a test drive, but Chris ignored our request completely. This made me very suspicious about the car's mechanical condition. When we finally got around to discussing numbers, they offered me a ridiculously low trade-in value for my car, even lower than what CarMax had offered. Their customer service and finance team were both horrible, clearly attempting to lowball me at every turn. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere with a better reputation and customer service. More
