Shawn was really nice and told us about the shipping options, after 10 minutes we thought about it and called him back. Within the hour we had paperwork to sign and the car was placed as pending sale. Shawn continued to work with us on basically a daily basis I was calling him lol. But he never got frustrated with me and was always available and ready to answer my question. We got the car today. It only has 1 tiny issue that we are looking at. Stay FAR FAR away. Be careful at this dealership! They will rip you off and not care. The purchase price we agreed upon was not what was written up on the paperwork. I guess I should have looked when signing documentation, but I had already been there for over 3 hrs and that's not something I expect a dealership to do. When I noticed and brought to their attention, they dismissed at first and now they are just ignoring me. Furthermore - I found out a few days ago they gave me the wrong plates for my vehicle. I got a letter from Secretary of State office saying that if I don't get it fixed I will be fined. I've been running around past few days trying to fix. It's going to cost me about $100 to fix. So in addition to being overcharged on purchase price, now I have to pay for this too. This doesn't even include things they were going to "help" me with that we noticed were not right with the vehicle. Finding more every day. So this is first and last vehicle we purchase from them. It's my mission to make sure everyone I know stays clear as well. More

I went to Exotic Motors because of good reviews and I worked with Ali Khan. He was extremely friendly & very knowledgeable when explaining the features of the car. The manager was great and Rick made me feel comfortable that I was making the right choice. I'm very happy driving my new Mercedes and I am sure I will keep this Mercedes for a very long time!
