I was in town for a week from Ohio and on my 700 mile drive to NH, started experiencing some problems. They ensured that by the end of my trip, I would have a fully functioning car, and they did not disappoint. Christine went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was able to leave on my return trip right on time. If I could, I would travel back to Exeter Subaru for every thing involving my vehicle, and rest assured, I have spread the word of their helpfulness and professionalism to anyone who would listen. Thank you Exeter Subaru for keeping me from being stranded in New Hampshire. More

I bought my 2016 Subaru WRX from a different dealership. When my check engine light went on, I automatically brought it there to get fixed. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and "couldn't figure out what w When my check engine light went on, I automatically brought it there to get fixed. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and "couldn't figure out what was wrong". FINALLY they "figured it out", replaced the part they reported was defective, and I got my car back. Two days later, my car was having the same issues and the check engine light came on AGAIN. You can imagine my annoyance. At this point, I took my business to Exeter Subaru, and I will NEVER go anywhere else! They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part in LESS than 24 hours, and I had my car back in less than 48. It's running better than before, has more power, and I feel safe driving it again! The Jesse and Christine from their service department kept in constant contact about the steps they were taking to repair my car which was incredibly helpful! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership after this incredible experience! More

Needed a recall done on my 2019 Crosstrek, was in for a service but due to the computer being down they could not complete the recall on that visit, M Needed a recall done on my 2019 Crosstrek, was in for a service but due to the computer being down they could not complete the recall on that visit, My plans changed and under very short notice they were able to fit me in on a Saturday to complete the recall, they not only fit me in but was able to get my recall completed quicker than estimated so I was on the road sooner! also; every time I stop in Ann Italia who sold me this car finds time to talk to me and ask how I like it! Excellent Service Department! Jesse Crafford exceeded my expectations. This was my first service appointment since purchasing my first Subaru. When I made my appointment with Joe, Jesse Crafford exceeded my expectations. This was my first service appointment since purchasing my first Subaru. When I made my appointment with Joe, it was set for Monday. I showed up on Monday, but the appointment was made for the following Monday. Jesse got me right in anyway and the service was done in about 30 minutes. I came from about 12 years of driving and servicing with Toyota. Toyota sets high standards for service. I didn't know what to expect coming to Subaru, but thanks to Jesse, any concerns I might have had are gone. One thing I would like to see is a list of what was done when I check out. I prepurchased service but I don't seem to have a list of what gets serviced on each visit. Thank you! More

Christine and Lisa were part of my latest service visit. No hassles. No issues. Paperwork for the visit was already in the system. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The coffee and snacks were excellent. I had plenty of room to spread my work out while the car was serviced along with a fast internet connection. They washed the car before returning it to me. All in all, a typical visit. Thanks! More
