Best Car Buying Process I called Exeter Subaru on a very rare STI. Kayland answered the phone and was very helpful. I was told the vehicle was in the show room, and she would let a sales person know I was on the way. When I arrived I spoke with Marissa, who was very polite and professional from start to finish. I also dealt with the manager Jim, who gave me an excellent price from the very start on the new car. Having two trades, It took a few days to figure out the trade numbers to make all the numbers work for me, That being said, Jim was more than reasonable throughout the process. When I decided to go through with the deal, Jim sent me the finance paperwork to complete at my house to limit time at the dealer, as I had my 2 small children with me. Dan was very good in the finance office and made every thing clear, quick and easy. It's nice to know there are still dealership's that listen to people and don't just push cars on them. New Car Purchase I was in need of a new car and Subaru was my first choice. I visited Exeter Subaru due to it’s easy commute from my home and not from any recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised with the facility as it was clean and spacious. I was greeted warmly at the door by a salesperson who helped me review the different models in showroom. This was my first Subaru so I did a lot of on line research but I was undecided which model would be the best fit for my current lifestyle. The salesperson, Hannah Fowler, helped me navigate the vehicle product line and after several test drives settled on a Crosstrek. Hannah was very accommodating, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and their operation. The actual purchase experience was simple and transparent and I was comfortable throughout the entire process. On the day my car was ready for delivery I needed a ride and Hannah was gracious enough to come to my house and get me back to the dealership. I had a great experience all the way throughout the buying process. I’m hoping my Crosstrek treats me as well. More
