We had a super car buying experience at Exeter Subaru! Well Ryan sold us on the dealership, but more importantly, he sold us on himself. He was eager to please and was able to take my good natured harassment in stride. More importantly, he made Shelley feel 100% at ease through the whole process, (not easy to do), so my hat is off to him for that. He understood that we were buying the car for her, and didn't bypass her at all in the process. (Others had already failed that test) Once the deal was struck, he had to locate a car for us, which he did the next day, and we were off to sign the paperwork. We were introduced to Jim Laflamme, the business manager, and he was also awesome to deal with. He made the paperwork part of it a snap, and even talked me into extended warranty, something I have never done before, so kudos to him for that. The whole buying experience at Exeter Subaru was incredibly good, and we still feel great about the deal we got and how we were all treated!
