My wife and I chose Exeter subaru because of Marty. Wehave been to many dealerships in the past few months. John's customer service and quality of service were great. We were buying a used car for our son. Our only complaint was that when the deal was done, and we were going to go the next day for delivery, our son was told he "had" to leave a deposit. Being that we have bought at least 15 cars in our lifetime, and never had a dealership question our return and demand a deposit, we felt mistrusted. I know this has absolutely nothing to do with our salesman, and is dealer policy, but it was disappointing just the same. More

Considering replacing our Sienna with a Forester. Just started looking so we didn't discuss price. Martie helped us look around and introduced us to features.
