Bought the car during the tail end of the pandemic days. So, dealerships still didn't have to compete. Price was over MSRP of course. No negotiation on purchase or loan. If I take the loan, can't refinance So, dealerships still didn't have to compete. Price was over MSRP of course. No negotiation on purchase or loan. If I take the loan, can't refinance if a lower rate found or there would be delays in the switch. Hmm. No choice. Sale itself went ok. After sales, documentation, and loan inquiries not so great. Needed some documentation for the processing; almost stood me up. Another time called in for support; return call a couple months later. Attitude for business transactions was take it or leave it. I completed the transaction with a bad taste in my mouth. Decided not to go with their store's auto maintenance program. There were better alternatives through AAA or other dealerships. If the sale is so coldly done, not sure the maintenance would have been much better. There are better dealerships in NH. A friend suggested Manchester. More

My husband and I went into the dealership really hoping to be able to find a car we loved and not only did Ann do such an amazing job meeting us where we were she was so kind and knowledgeable.
