I stopped by Exeter Sabaru on Saturday January 14th looking for a new car. I was greated by Karisa Durkee around 1:00pm and walked out of the dealership less than 2 hours later the proud owner of a new looking for a new car. I was greated by Karisa Durkee around 1:00pm and walked out of the dealership less than 2 hours later the proud owner of a new 2012 Subaru Legacy. Karisa was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Intially I was interested in an Impreza (My son had bought one from Exeter Subaru last year). Karisa helped my compare the two vehicles (Impreza vs Legacy) from the perspective of my normal driving needs and requirements. During our conversations her questions helped me focus and led me to realize that the slightly larger car would fit me needs better. Once the decision was made the Exeter back office staff prepared the paperwork and we finished the deal quite quickly. I picked the car up today as scheduled. Karisa helped my hook up my phone to the car's system and showed me all of the features of the car and the entertainment system in less than a hour. I found everyone I came in contact with Exeter to be friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I look forward to going back when it's time for the legacy's normal routine maintenance. Jim Kean More

I visited two other Subaru dealerships. The salesperson at one dealership made me feel like I was wasting his time; the other dealership seemed much more geared to pressure sales - they did not make me fee at one dealership made me feel like I was wasting his time; the other dealership seemed much more geared to pressure sales - they did not make me feel comfortable. At Exeter Subaru, John Webster never made me feel rushed, and he did a good job of staying in touch. I needed a vehicle since my small truck was totalled in a collision with a deer. I wanted a 2012 Impreza, mostly for the improved MPG. However, the dealership had not yet received delivery of the 2012 Imprezas. Since I was temporarily driving a rental, the cost of which was covered by my insurance, John told me that if the car did not arrive when my rental insurance expired, Exeter Subaru would give me a loaner car or cover my additional rental cost. As it happened, the Impreza was delayed, and Exeter Subaru did reimburse me four hundred dollars for the extra rental cost. I'm very pleased. More

I bought a new 2002 Outback from this dealer online and had taken it to this dealer for all work. When it was time to upgrade thier was no question about returning to them for a new 2012 model. The service dept. has a nice comfortable waiting area. As long they treat me this well, I will be returning for my next new car. More
