The only thing I really did not like is we went in and did not want to waste time arguing about a price. My husband asked for bottom line. 4 hours later you get to it. It is such a waste of time. When you asked the dealership for bottom line, give it, don't deduct 300.oo from the sticker price and think we are stupid. More

Karisa was very friendly and helpful to explain all of the features of the car even on a busy holiday weekend in the middle of the afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership within an 1 and a half including a test drive. My car was being delivered and Karisa was sure to give me expectations as to when the car would arrive. When the car arrived earlier than expected I was thrilled! The night I picked up my car and completed the rest of the paperwork was again seamless and quick. Karisa was sure to follow-up and make sure everything went well on my first drive. I would definitely recommend not only Subaru but this dealership to friends and family! More

Yes, I would recommend Exeter Subaru. This is the first time that I have bought a car by myself and Scott was very accommodating. He even tried to see if my 1998 Subaru could be considered as a trade in. I time that I have bought a car by myself and Scott was very accommodating. We visited 3 Subaru agencies, gathering impressions of possibilities & opinions about the personell we dealt with directly. Over time the advantages seem to increase at each of them. However what made a difference for David, was the enthusiasm of Kyle Defreze in Exeter Subaru. He is a pleasant, quite smart, agreeable young man who knows the product and eagerly produced two items of information about the automobile we were interested in: the Subaru Forester. These 2 items made all the difference to my husband....they were the large descriptive folder with general information & the fold over pamphlet with detailed information about all the ad ons . David , from then on was like a Kid in a candy store: or a Man in a hardware store. In short...he "zoned out" ..he was delighted. His attention thus riveted, David decided to stay with Exeter Subaru (after we submitted all the advantages of the others).... About my husband, he is probably a tad more difficult than most customers...as 1. he tends to be cynical about the hype & if he thinks he catches someone in a half truth or blurred inuendo in the form of threats if we don't buy NOW or about the reputation of others, he is turned off. For the many times,we left without a committment a few times in all three agencies, Kyle was the only one who didn't over react, or offer a veiled threat.
