I ordered a brand new 2012 STi through Exeter Subaru. The only "real" problem I had was getting very specific questions answered. When you're dealing with a niche performance car like the STi, the knowledge only "real" problem I had was getting very specific questions answered. When you're dealing with a niche performance car like the STi, the knowledge base is not perfectly built; so few are sold, that it's almost not worth the effort of knowing everything. That being said, I knew enough to make an informed decision, and the sales team at Exeter Subaru made me a great deal. Anyway, I can't recommend them enough, even their parts manager is top notch. Oh, as a side note... what do "new" cars always have a random 15 or 20 miles on them? More
It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I was nervous to just walk in the door. Ive heard horror stories about sales people taking advantage of customers and charging an arm and a leg f and I was nervous to just walk in the door. My sales guy Kyle Defreze greeted us right away and shortly after we were taking a ride in the little hyundai accent they had on the lot. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel right at ease. The paperwork went quickly, and even though they were very busy that day Kyle worked hard to get everything prepared for me and I was able to drive away in my new car that day. The price for the vehicle was beyond reasonable. The person(forgot name, sorry!) who closed the sale offered a bunch of options for warranty packages but didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't need or want. He also found the best loan with low interest through my bank so the payments are affordable for me monthly. Overall I had a great experience there and I highly recommend them for others who are car shopping. Thanks again Kyle and staff! More

A pleasant surprise also was their iPhone App which made it easy to search their inventory, locate contact numbers and hours of operation. Phone calls are quickly and cheerfully answered, and if they promise a follow-up call, they get the info you need and return the call. They provide an excellent model of efficient customer service for other dealers. We look forward to buying future cars from them. More
