Service Department I purchased my vehicle from the Subaru Dealership and had a positive experience. I was recently in the service department for a couple of recalls. For the past few months I have been dealing with a rattle when I drive the car around. The mechanics performed an evaluation of the vehicle (again something that I consider to be a good thing for mechanics to do) and was told that the rattle was being caused by my heat shield and that it would be $75 to weld the heat shield back on. I got a second opinion from an auto body shop and was informed that the heat shield is actually made of tin and cannot be welded without causing damage to the shield. I expect more from a service department located in a dealership. All of my previous experiences to that point had been acceptable, but this shows that I cannot trust this service department for any future work and would recommend to anyone that reads this article to get a second opinion before accepting the word of any service department representatives. More

Worth The Wait! I visited Exeter Subaru in June for a 2015 Forester, I took the test drive and fell in love with it! Unfortunately due to the shortage of the model I I visited Exeter Subaru in June for a 2015 Forester, I took the test drive and fell in love with it!
