Great experience with dealer/purchase of my 2016 Cross Trek When I arrived at Subaru I really had no idea of what was new or of any upgrades as I was abroad for the past 2 years on a work contract. When I was When I arrived at Subaru I really had no idea of what was new or of any upgrades as I was abroad for the past 2 years on a work contract. When I was approached by Max Bzdafka I told him I was not in a rush to by as my sister was loaning one of her 2 vehicles to me. We discussed my interest and took a look at the outbacks the forresters and the Cross Trek. I loved the Cross Trek. Not too big not too small what's not to love about this vehicle. Took it for a test drive and Max did a great job explaining all the features and what made sense for me. He was nothing but friendly respectly and extremely knowledgable. I didn't buy that day as I wanted to check out other dealerships about getting the deal. At the end of the day Exeter Subaru was true to their word with giving me the deal and they wanted my business. Max made the experience awesome. No stress No pressure and extremely professional. More

No pressure We visited 2 Subaru dealers, as well as requesting on-line quotes via edmunds.com. Todd was by far the most knowledgeable and easy to work with of We visited 2 Subaru dealers, as well as requesting on-line quotes via edmunds.com. Todd was by far the most knowledgeable and easy to work with of the sales folk we encountered. He encouraged us to drive the two models we were interested in as long as we needed, was very patient explaining all the electronics and gadgets to these two seniors. We experienced no pressure whatsoever. And when we decided to purchAse a new Outback to replace our 12 year old Outback, we quickly settled on a price we felt was very fair. We received quotes via edmunds from two other local dealers, one quote was more than $3000 more, another salesperson took 48 hours to respond with Information after the initial phone and email contact. When we needed information for our insurance company and Todd was not available, the sales manager quickly supplied the needed documentation directly to our insurance agent. We will return to Exeter Subaru and would recommend to friends More

The purchase of two new Subaru vehicles I have purchased about thirty one cars in my life and between my wife and I this last purchase was Subaru Number Eight. I have also worked with about I have purchased about thirty one cars in my life and between my wife and I this last purchase was Subaru Number Eight. I have also worked with about every type of automobile dealership that exists, from large to small and from high pressure to low key methods of operation. So I kind of know what type I'm dealing with. We used to deal with Singer Subaru in Plastow, NH and I didn't even know of Exeter Subaru at that time. Singer Subaru was just the type dealership I liked. Then Singer Subaru was sold to an outfit named "Auto Fair" and I was out the door. Big Mistake. Auto Fair jammed the showroom with too many cars and desks. The salesmen's dress was not nearly as it should be. I thought I was dealing with the lot man when I was there. And the place now isn't the cleanest I've been in. I found Exeter Subaru because I would not deal with Auto Fair. And I'm most happy that I did I purchased a new Forester Premium from Exeter. My sales contact was Mr. John Webster and my finance guy was Mr. Tom Wright. And I ran them through the wringer with that deal. They had to find one, get it there etc. etc. And then I only kept the Forester a couple of months. Good vehicle, nothing wrong at all. But I decided I wanted a sedan. So I went back to John and Tom, traded, and bought a new Legacy Limited. And ran them both through the wringer with that one too. I suggest that Subaru do whatever it takes to keep these two guys on board. John Webster was excellent. He didn't "sell" me either vehicle. He" made me want to buy them". His product knowledge was top notch. The few questions I asked which he didn't have answer for right away, he found the information within minutes. He was very professional, low key and very friendly. His manner caused my wife and I to feel not as if we were in a buyer/seller situation but rather as if we were three friends just having a conversation. I can't remember any "bump in the road" what so ever during the purchasing process. I can't say enough good things about him. When it came time to do the paperwork John didn't send us to Tom Wright, he brought us to him, introduced us all and advised Tom of all the details of our purchase. Tom Wright also did an excellent job. He suggested ways to structure the deal where we would save money, explained every document in detail, took care of add on accessories I wanted on the car and in the deal, extended warranty transfers from the Forrester to the Legacy, and answered every question I had so that I completely understood them. Tom was like John in that he was very professional, low key and very friendly. He took the part that hurts (cost) and made me feel much better about it all. I also took note of how both John and Tom treated other customers. And I believe they sent everyone home happy and satisfied. The physical Dealership itself had just been remodeled, and they had done a wonderful job with it. Very nicely done. I don't know how Subaru calculates their dealer ratings but however you do put Exeter Subaru and especially John Webster and Tom Wright at the very top tier., More

Customer Focused - Excellent Experience My wife and I were initially interested in purchasing a used car a few years old. We decided to test drive a used 2012 Subaru Outback Limited and a br My wife and I were initially interested in purchasing a used car a few years old. We decided to test drive a used 2012 Subaru Outback Limited and a brand new 2016 Subaru Outback Premium to gain a perspective of differences between an older and newer Subaru Outback. Our sales person is John Webster. Mr. Webster provided detailed non-biased information about both vehicles. John was extreme friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire car buying process. My wife and I chose a 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium with Eyesight technology. One thing I would like to note. The EyeSight technology needs to be played up more than it is. The EyeSight technology is getting us closer to autonomous vehicles. While it is not fully autonomous, the base features for driver assist such as per-collision avoidance, per-collision breaking, per-collision throttle management, lane departure warning/correction, and adaptive cruise control provide for additional preventative safety features through monitoring, detection, and automated actions to provide additional time for the driver to perform corrective preventative actions. I tested the EyeSight technology from NH 93 through some of the worst early morning/late afternoon traffic into Downtown Boston and decreased my breaking and accelerating significantly. My driver fatigue also decreased significantly. It does take baby steps to trust that the vehicle is going to perform the way you want it to. Once you understand the behavior of the EyeSight technology all you have to do is steer the vehicle! My wife and I are very pleased with our experience at Exeter Subaru and would definitely recommend John Webster. Thank you John for your warm personality and for making the car buying process a very happy experience! M & M More
