He did an excellent job helping me whittle down my options until I was able to determine the perfect match. They did not originally have the car I wanted in stock, but were able to access if from incoming inventory earmarked for another dealer. They were fair with negotiations and delivered what they promised. Jen was always responsive on the phone and Dan filled in admirably on the day that Travis was off. Major kudos also to Eileen Barry, who is a whiz with the paperwork and administrative side of the transaction. Final shout out to Hannah Fowler who spent time with me explaining the features of a Forester and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle. More

Very good! It was a busy Spring day at the dealership. I had a 1:00 appointment to take delivery of a new Legacy. Ann met me at the door and ended up taking me It was a busy Spring day at the dealership. I had a 1:00 appointment to take delivery of a new Legacy. Ann met me at the door and ended up taking me through the process. I never actually met the sales person I did business with on the phone (Jennifer), or the person I was dealing with on the finance paperwork (Jim). The dealership showroom was clean, warm and inviting. Ann was incredibly nice. She brought me out to the car and sat in there with me telling me all about the features ( a lot of tech). Back inside, I had to wait for about 30 mins to finish the paperwork. During that time, Ann was able to set us up on the Starlink system and did the various other things that normally would've taken place after the paperwork - she saved us time. My only recommendation is this...when delivering a car - especially a new one, you really need to pull the car up front and "present" it better to the customer. Its not a huge deal, but I had to climb awkwardly over a rock garden to get into the car the 1st time AND then again to drive it away. It's the little things of a delivery that count...and that one can really make the experience a lot better. Ann was fantastic! She's going to make a great salesperson for you. More
