Easy sales process Pros: DJ was a fantastic sales rep. He was not overly pushy and felt very genuine. The overall experience was very professional and straightforward. I’d say that DJ was one of the biggest reasons for my decision to buy at Exeter Subaru. Cons: My only cons were that it seemed like management was a bit more aggressive/pushy which I didn’t love. I said I didn’t want any of the extra protection packages yet still had to listen to every one of them (really didn’t love this). I was also given an initial price with fine print saying that said the 0.9% interest rate they were offering online wouldn’t apply to the price they gave which I found pretty deceitful and if I wasn’t looking to go home with a car that weekend I would’ve likely walked and checked out some other dealerships at that point. My advice to management would be to listen to your customers (if I don’t want to listen to the protection packages save me the time and don’t make me). I’d also say be honest with your quotes and financing. I felt this was very deceitful and would’ve gone with someone else had it not been for DJ. That was a major breach in initial trust. My girlfriend also bought her car at Exeter Subaru and called in months ago for a recall issue and never got a call back (she had to go to a different dealership). Being honest and taking care of your customers should be prioritized over sales. More

All staff encountered were exceptional. This was not your typical car buying experience. We started the process via the internet and drove the car of interest promptly upon arrival. In a very short time we bought the car, financed it and left extremely pleased. We have used their service dept prior to purchasing this car and they have always done a great job! More
