I went to a few dealerships before landing at Exeter Subaru, and it was a world of difference. Hannah took the time to find out all of my needs and possible wants before diving in. We looked at quite a few different vehicles and models. She was great at explaining the features that mattered to me in each car. Because I was ill prepared to buy, we kept in touch via text ( my preferred method in a hectic day), giving me updates and offering different vehicles for me to look at. Though we kept in touch after the initial meeting, I never once felt pressured to buy. I truly believe Hannah wanted me to find the best car for me, even if it meant I didn't buy from her. It was quite a different and refreshing experience, after shopping around at other dealerships, where I felt pressure to buy on initial meeting. Eventually I found the one, and Eileen worked really hard to get me financed at a rate and payment I was comfortable with. The signing was quick and easy, all additional warranties and coverage broken down and explained, along with the impact on my monthly payments. Hannah and Eileen made it easy and painless to find my new ride. More
