Unfortunately, my car was sold with a weak battery, but without question, the dealership replaced it the same day I brought the issue to them (approx. 2 days after purchase). I was very happy with how quickly they resolved this issue and would recommend Exeter Subaru to any of my friends and family. More

I had a few issues with a used vehicle the same day, but the general manager did take care of it after a little give and take. Ultimately, I was disappointed with the way some employees handled it. If someone comes in to complain about a vehicle purchased less than 12 hours ago, and they are being respectful and calm, it's probably better to not start getting agitated and argumentative, as it simply creates an even more unsatisfactory situation for the client. Lastly, when someone spends $20k on a used vehicle, offer the same level of service (and respect) you did prior to them purchasing the vehicle. Ultimately, I will have to see how continued experiences are there with service follow ups, and after I have had some time to evaluate the dealership beyond my few experiences. I would probably buy there again, there just needs to be better procedures in place, and that they make sure to honor all agreements, verbal or otherwise. I would also recommend that if you get any verbal agreements, make sure they are spelled out in writing and don't rely on the sales teams friendliness at the time of purchase;. This is bound to create conflicts.. More
