Excellent Service Department! Jesse Crafford exceeded my expectations. This was my first service appointment since purchasing my first Subaru. When I made my appointment with Joe, Jesse Crafford exceeded my expectations. This was my first service appointment since purchasing my first Subaru. When I made my appointment with Joe, it was set for Monday. I showed up on Monday, but the appointment was made for the following Monday. Jesse got me right in anyway and the service was done in about 30 minutes. I came from about 12 years of driving and servicing with Toyota. Toyota sets high standards for service. I didn't know what to expect coming to Subaru, but thanks to Jesse, any concerns I might have had are gone. One thing I would like to see is a list of what was done when I check out. I prepurchased service but I don't seem to have a list of what gets serviced on each visit. Thank you! More
