Our sales representative was patient and delightful. She ran around looking at options with us and discussing our preferences. We ended up buying a Subaru Touring. The experience could only have been better if the car we wanted was on the lot. It was tracked down at another location and a few days later we were able to see it for the first time. Since we had not seen it before we selected it, there was some confusion about available features but these were resolved upon receipt. We are enjoying our new car! More
