I came in knowing where I needed to be financially, and what car I wanted. However, when the first car didn't come through with financing, Karisa and the sales team were actually able to regroup and put me into a BETTER and NEWER car! I was so pleased, and will continue to do business with Exeter Subaru. Karisa was very personable and friendly, and I like how each sales member there has their own binder explaining a little bit about their lives. It truly makes the car buying experience different and more relaxed. More

Scott was fun to work with. We bought a used toyota tundra. He gave us a good sense of who had owned the truck previously and the sort of care it had had. Took us for a ride. My wife and I went in looking for two new vehicles, the outback for my wife and the legacy for myself. We worked with John Sughrue, who was very attentive and extremely friendly, and overall he did a soli outback for my wife and the legacy for myself. I would like to be able to rate the overall experience as Great, but cannot due to a couple of reason: 1) they promised my wife a charcoal outback, but could not deliver on that promise, 2) they promised the vehicle would have less than 100 miles, but it had more, and 3) there was a scratch on the back fender of my vehicle that I think they should have made me aware of rather than waiting for me to identify it. The 3rd item is not a major item, but 1 and 2 above were major to my wife and very disappointing. If they could have delivered on those first two promises, then I would have been able to give them a Great rating. I would still recommend this dealership, as I do believe John did a very good job made himself available for my questions and followed up when he said he would. More

My experience with Exeter was long distance as I live in New York. My brother, who is in New Hampshire, visited Exeter for me to look at a Subaru Outback we had seen online and was lucky enough to get Kari New York. Christian kept very well in touch with me as far as calling me back once he had the answers to my questions and was very good about being able to answer my questions while i was at the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better first time buyer experience. I think my favorite part of the experience was he also was able to talk to me about performance in the car and upgrading it. Hello to Anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I just bought a 2010 Subaru Forester on Friday, April 15th. No Buyer's Remorse. I stopped into the Exeter Subaru Dealership about two months back a just bought a 2010 Subaru Forester on Friday, April 15th. No Buyer's Remorse. I stopped into the Exeter Subaru Dealership about two months back and met Ryan Kelly. I was considering replacing my Jeep which I had owned for 13 years and it had 214,000 miles on it. A great vehicle! However, because Jeeps are not getting a very good rating from Consumer Reports I decided to try out some other vehicles. Subaru being one of them. I had such a great first visit and upon test driving the Subaru Forester decided this may be the vehicle I would purchase when the time is right. I received a call from Ryan a couple of weeks later saying the dealership had gotten in a 2010 - five speed with a 150 miles on it. I ended up test driving this vehicle three times and even went back after hours with my sister to look at it a little more to make sure this was a good move. The dealership also felt like the kind of place that one could trust with maintenance and repairs. I set up last Friday to stop into the dealership to see if they would give me what I was comfortable with regarding a trade-in. They did! I had a girlfriend who was visiting and she came with me. I indicated my budget and he was honest about its feasiblity. He followed up consistantly. When given a more competitive price from another dealer, Ryan earned our business by coming closing the gap.
