For the first time buying a car (and being a very indecisive and cheap person), I couldn't ask for a better experience. Christian understood my hesitation and concerns of buying for the first time and buying a used car (with a limited budget). I do wish I could have used my lender from the beginning, though I did get to use them anyway. In less than a week I drove my very first "nice" car off the lot and back home. I got a great, safe, and super fun 3-yr old Impreza for a very good deal! Would definitely recommend! More

Walking into Exeter Subaru that Friday I was surprisingly approached by a woman sales consultant named Karisa. I told her what I was looking for and we searched the lot, and eventually found a 2011 forester approached by a woman sales consultant named Karisa. I told her what I was looking for and we searched the lot, and eventually found a 2011 forester with a manual transmission parked in a satellite lot. We then went on the test drive. Karisa parked the car and we got out, she proceeded to orient me completely to the new car, inside and out. Then I got behind the wheel and had a great experience with the car and karisa. She was so down to earth, and was able to listen to my needs and wants in a car. I thanked her and told her that as far as I was concerned the car was perfect but that my husband would have to be the final judge as he would be paying for it. She was enthusiastic about the possible sale but polite and kind during the whole process. A few days later my husband arrived to test drive the car and negotiate a price. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience as it always is at Exeter Subaru. We ended up purchasing the car and are very happy with it, and with the service we receive at Exeter Subaru. More
I had a great experience at Exeter Subaru. Karisa was very helpful and knowledgeable on the newer outback that I was interested in, making me feel comfortable right away. Just purchased a 2011 Tribeca last week. John Webster and all the folks at Exeter Subaru were a joy to deal with. It's to early in the game to really rate customer service, quality of work and our overall experience. The staff was pleasant to work with and were very friendly. Origianlly we signed a contract to buy a 2010 Tribeca and after sleeeping on it overnight, we changed our minds, they accomodated our request and their comment from the Sales Manager was "They want us to be happy with our purchase". I think price was ok, We probably could have done better with an internet buy, we like doing business with a local dealer. The showroom was comfortable, plenty of amentities to sooth the waiting process if in for service. More
