About 2 months ago now I decided it was time to make my first major vehicle purchase. I knew that I wanted a used Subaru, and I visited many other dealerships before I decided to go with Exeter Subaru. Wo first major vehicle purchase. Working with them was a breath of fresh air after all I had gone through with the other dealerships I had visited. I went in knowing what I wanted and they didn't try to convince me to buy something else, like the two dealerships in Manchester had. Instead, John showed me all of the Imprezas that fit the description of what I was looking for and when we went on our test drive he was sure to show me all of the awesome features of the vehicle. We also talked about our pets, and what awesome things I'd be doing once I bought the car. John has also called me a few times since I made the purchase just to see how I'm enjoying it, and I could not be happier! I have also since been in for service and dealing with the service department was easy, and they had me in and right back out. During the car buying experience, the “who” you buy your car from is almost as important as the car that you buy. John Sughrue was extremely friendly and took the time to listen to us. He did not pressure us when we took our time to make our final decision and we appreciated his honesty when we asked him the “tough questions”. After visiting two other Subaru dealers in the area, I went to Exeter Subaru on a recommendation from a family member. I am very happy I made the trip. John worked quickly to find a deal that worked with my financial concerns. He was very helpful even after the sale with a few questions I had, he was always quick to respond. The rest of the team that I dealt with were also friendly and helpful. Due to situations of my own, they did what they could to get through everything as fast as they could for me. All in all, the team at Exeter Subaru made it a comfortable, friendly environment to purchase a car, which can be a stressful task.
