We bought a Legacy and traded in our Mazda and went home happy the same day. I didn't comment on "Quality of Work" above because I assume that refers to maintenance and we've had the car only two days now so no work has been done yet. I have purchased quite a few automobiles, both used and new. By far, this was the easiest, least stressful purchase I have ever made. Dealership lot is pretty crowded. Hard to easily identify cars by model, year, new or used, or even those belonging to customers. Needless to say, if your sales rep is not good, no one in their right mind would stick around. Jim Laflamme was able to clearly answer all questions about registration, financing details, titling etc. He was able to patiently, without pressure, explain rationale and cost of warranty "upgrades". I don't think customer should be asked to make a deposit prior to a credit check being run, especially since the sale may be based on the result of the credit check and the resulting interest rate. I appreciate that "pie in the sky" credit checks can further harm one's credit score (Which was the reason given to me for the deposit request.), but as a responsible person, I pretty much knew that my credit check would be favorable. More
I went to look for a used vehicle and they had the type of vehicle I was in need of and the quality of the vehicle was excellent. Larry Days, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and willing to make the of vehicle I was in need of and the quality of the vehicle was excellent. He did not pressure or push any particular vehicle and during a very rainy day, was more than accommodating with my requests for test rides. Exeter Subaru allowed me to have the vehicle independently checked and looked at and I would definitely recommend Exeter Subaru and Larry Days to any one looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Christian was very friendly and very helpful. He spent the time with us to show us a couple of different cars that we were interested in and was not at all in a rush. I was pretty straight forward with Christian and he as well with me. He is really an automotive fanatic and you can really tell he was genuine. Unfortunatley we didnt come to an agreement on a car and trade in but it was well worth my time to get to meet him and have a great experience at a dealership. She took a lot of time originally to get to know my needs and help me decide between buying used or buying new. There was absolutely no pressure, and I felt confident that she was working with me to secure me the best deal. When my car arrived, she took the time to orient me to all its features.
