Exeter Subaru responded

The first time I was put in contact with the customer I listened to their story. I then explained to them I would not take a side and that I didn't have a warranty to put on the vehicle even if I wanted to. I then offered to cancel the deal, that was the only thing to do. The customer then said take $500 off the car and we will take it. I said no, the only thing I can do is cancel the deal. They then decided to take their money back and move on. They didn't lose any money and it was taken care of immediately. If we truly were trying to be shady what would I have to gain by cancelling the deal? Nothing Darren Coute General Sales Manager
