John - This is not at all the experience we intend for our guests and I do understand your frustration. I would like to have another look at your vehicle to make sure we get it repaired and running smoothly. I'm going to look for your contact information, but in the case I can't find it, please give me a call. Thank you, Frank Gargano - Service Manager - 203-672-6037

I'm still stunned by the treatment I received. I made the appointment, stating as my reason that the check engine light was illuminated. I dropped the car at the appointed time of 10:30 am on Wednesday. I received a phone call at around 4:00 pm on Thursday that my car was ready. The Executive Nissan service department had my car for two full work days ... and then told me that I needed to make another appointment to address the issue for which I'd made the first appointment. Most disappointing is that I authorized nearly $2,000 in work, believing that my car would be fixed and, most importantly, that the check engine light issue would be addressed. Now, I've invested the $2,000 in my car, but a serious, expensive repair may loom. I've been deprived of the opportunity to make an informed decision whether to repair my car or trade it in toward a new one. Frankly, for the sake of other consumers, I believe that I'm morally obligated to file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection of the office of the Connecticut Attorney General.
