I spoke with Frank over the weekend, he was very nice. The bigger issue if this type of service is happening to someone like myself I could imagine how many other people are being affected.

I apologize again for a oil change sticker not being put on your windshield ,I did check on that day we had a few guy out sick and we were working short handed , I can assure you this doesn't happened often , and as far as your check engine light frank did tell me that there was a possibility if it coming back on and that the coils would have to be changed in which I spoke about this tp frank today and he will give you a discounted price because we had to start with the spark plugs in which you did, Frank also told me he gave you a few open dates to bring your vehicle back in. I also told Frank which ever day you choose we will give you a loaner at no charge for that day. Scott
