Don’t think you can help as powertrain wants every oil change since I bought the car. I took very good care of the car and brought it in for service specifically to maintain the lifetime warranty. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle when I brought it in. Part of the 60,0000 mile service was an inspection but you give it back to me with a warning light????The oil change place on State Street sold and the new owner changed the system so they can only give me oil changes from when they took over. I’ve been trying to see if the old owner has the paperwork but I can’t even get a manager there to call me back. Powertrain also won’t accept credit card receipts.

All extended warranty require a record of oil changes and maintence if not done at the dealership because we would have them on record the service manager was out last week but is here this week if you could kind give us your name and phone number when would call you back
