Sales was great. End of lease experience was ok. I was told by service dept. I needed new tires due to 'Connecticut state regulations' and my tread measurements were End of lease experience was ok. I was told by service dept. I needed new tires due to 'Connecticut state regulations' and my tread measurements were too low. I was in the service department 1 month prior for an oil change and I was not informed that my tires were nearing not complying with CT regulations. The service department told me I needed new tires before getting my car back, so i was scrambling to get another $1,000. Then I got a call back it was only a Nissan suggestion and the tire treads were not out of CT state regulation standards. I just feel that this was confusing and not everyone in the department was on the same page which caused confusion and additional stress on my part. Nicole was always nice and professional, just a lot of back and forth over something that wasn't necessary at the moment. More
