Thank you for your response to my review. It is appreciated. My request was for reimbursement for a cabin filter since it was not necessary because one was installed 10k miles ago in July 2022 Also I requested reimbursement for the fuel injection service which was also not necessary Reimbursement for the cabin filter was made. Thank you! I was not reimbursed $200 for the fuel injection service that was not necessary!. My jeep did not have a rough idle. It ran well. No idling problem. My jeep was brought in for a normal tuneup. The service bill came to $3K. I Called Frank Garamono about the unnecessary work that was done and left a voice mail message. When I did not receive a return call I called Frank again and left the same message. The purpose of my call was to get a refund for the $200 fuel injection that was performed. The $200 was buried within the $3000 telephone service quotation I received. The fuel injection was not necessary and not part of the tuneup schedule. When I came in for service I brought with me the Jeep manual and showed Jason what Services I wanted to be performed at the 100K service. When I spoke to Jason on the phone, Jason did not tell me the injection would cost $200. I would have said NO! Over the phone with Jason I remember a total repair cost of $3K. I don’t remember it being itemized. For a car that is serviced regularly and running well, I was shocked that my Jeep required $3K of repairs . In all my years, I have never received a $3K service bill! It was by far the highest cost incurred ever for a routine maintenance! The $200 for the fuel injection that I was charged should be reimbursed since it was totally unnecessary! Jeep ran well! I tried to talk to Frank about this and he never called me back. Mr Orsini, I thank you for responding to my concern. After bringing my car in January to your service center to conduct the services needed. I put the trust in them as my son travels from Ct to Virginia as he’s in the service. Your service center failed me. How my son made it back to Virginia without breaking down I thank my lucky stars. His engine light came on 2 days later. After a test was performed we found out no oil was in vehicle. One of the tasks that was supposed to be performed. Who knows what else wasn’t done. As he brought it in for an oil change , tires rotated , front end alignment and brake fluid changed. In any event, your service manager back in January around the 16th or 17th that we had a conversation as to what happened. Frank informed me that he was gonna call my son to bring it back to service center the next time he comes home so they can inspect it to make sure no damage was done.(which he did) Also refund my oil change. Needless to say, it took me to send out another email last Wednesday as I received nothing. Frank emailed me Thursday and said he was gonna send check request to executive office to see if check was approved and he would get back to me. No communication was given to me after that. I find it frustrating that I have to take time out of my day to follow-up. My bill was $500 and we paid as it was my obligation to pay for your Services done. It was your obligation to take care of your customer and your department failed. I finally received my check March 7th in the mail. The check was dated March 2nd. No urgency at all to make a customer happy. Best Carol
