I would like to know why I was charged $1600 when everything I've seen and the outside service people I spoke to all said there's no way this job should have been more than $800 at the absolute most. I think your service person saw me as a mark. I was in the middle of a busy week, am a single mother, and needed my car. Please explain those outrageous charges and tell me you plan on refunding part of that $1600.
