I would never buy or take anything that has a motor here. I knew what was wrong with my car which was electrical and those so called mechanics made up nonsense of what was wrong with my car. All I needed was my head lights working they wanted to replace two batteries and spark plugs which they couldn’t say which one was misfiring. Anyone with a half a brain would have gotten a second opinion which I did. They knew instantly it was electrical and the spark plugs were absolutely fine along with the bulbs. Batteries were still under warranty so that would have costed me nothing but Nissan wanted to charge me still for new batteries. If you’re the type of person that likes to throw away money on people who don’t know their job and want to charge you unnecessary items to “fix” a problem that never existed I highly suggest executive nissan More
Transmission still slips, unsure what needs to happen for it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Asked for it the day I dropped it off, the following day when I came in when they told it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Tyler sent me a text message after I left saying it never was done. I had worked with Alberto twice in the past as well as my fiance with her vehicle which is why I returned.
