This dealership only partially diagnosed the issue with my car. They told me I could pick up my car, and upon arriving the check engine light was still on and it was told to me that no one had test driven my car. They told me I could pick up my car, and upon arriving the check engine light was still on and it was told to me that no one had test driven the car after the repair even though the invoice had stated this had been done. The car was at the dealer for over a week longer as they could not diagnose the problem and needed to involve the factory. A couple days after picking up the car, two loose bolts were noted underneath the car. I needed to return to the dealer for a fourth time to make sure that everything was put back together correctly. Upon returning to have the car looked at, I requested a meeting with the service manager giving him 3 days advance notice that I was coming in to speak with him. When I arrived, I was told that he wasn't available, told the service advisor to "pacify me," and one of the sales managers came out to speak to me. Although she was very friendly, she stated that there wasn't much she could do since she wasn't involved on the service side. This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially after a visit that should have taken two trips to the dealer had now taken me four. More
I would only recommend this service center if you live in the area that's why I gave it 3 stars. I waited 15-20 before someone came to my window to ask what I was here for.
