Great Service for Our Altima! We took our 2018 Altima in for its scheduled oil change and wheel rotation last week. As usual they took the car right in at its scheduled appt. time, We took our 2018 Altima in for its scheduled oil change and wheel rotation last week. As usual they took the car right in at its scheduled appt. time, explained what would be done, asked us how the car has been running and encouraged us to wait in the comfy lounge. After a while the service man came into the lounge as it had been noted that the wipers were leaving streaks.....which I had noticed and had forgotten to mention. We agreed to have them replace the wiper blades. Soon, the car was done, the work was explained to us and we were on our way! More

Extraordinarily bad service department Just had a stunningly disappointing experience with the service department. A week, or so, ago, I phoned and arranged to take my Nissan Rogue in for s Just had a stunningly disappointing experience with the service department. A week, or so, ago, I phoned and arranged to take my Nissan Rogue in for service, telling the person arranging the appointment that my car's check engine light was on. We scheduled an appointment and I dropped my car at the appointed hour on the appointed day. 2 days and a little over $1,900 dollars later, I picked up my car. Drove it off the Executive Nissan property, looked at my dash, and the check engine light is still on. I phoned upon returning home, approximately 10 minutes later. The service employee with whom I'd been dealing for 2 days said, "Oh, you need to schedule another appointment for the check engine light issue." Seriously? "Yes." Even though I scheduled this appointment for that very reason? "Yes. We need time to do a diagnosis." So, wait, are you really saying that I need to schedule an appointment by phone for the check engine light issue, bring the car to your property, and then schedule another appointment for the check engine light issue? Yep. Bring your car to Executive Nissan for the purpose of addressing the check engine light issue and Executive will happily charge you nearly $2,000, announce that your car is ready, and deliver you a car with a brightly glowing check engine light. This dealer's service department is quite happy to deliver your car to you with the check engine light on. Apparently, the maintenance reminder features on your car are irrelevant to this dealer's mechanics. More

Seriously, did the best to serve us. Now, why are the financial deals all scheduled the last two days of the month? I don't know seems like an issue, but Phil doesn't care about that he only cares about you and your needs. More
