This is my first time in almost 7 years of going to this dealership where we had a problem twice within a month. My wife had an issue, which she then called me in to listen to the conversation. There was dealership where we had a problem twice within a month. My wife had an issue, which she then called me in to listen to the conversation. There was heat to the conversation but no yelling. Even i felt unheard and disrespected by the supervisor as well as the employee. There was no accountability on the part of the sevice department and the supervisor even threw her colleague under the bus! 2 weeks later when we brought our 2nd car in for service, I just went in and felt a very cold response. The supervisor called my wife to ask about a particular service, when my wife declined, she hung up on my wife. Then called me back later to say the car was ready. No sticker on the windshield noting when my next serivce was. I then mentioned that she never gave me a coupon for a free car wash for our other car, but she argued that she did. Customer words do not mean anything. Parking- absolutely terrible!!! Not even just because of construction. If you have people coming in for service on the weekend, make sure you have somewhere for them to park! We are actually thinking of going to another dealership as this one is going downhill. Poor customer service. More

I am a first time leaser and leased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in July. I have already begun to have issues with the vehicle and keep trying to bring it in for service, but it does not seem l from this dealership in July. I kept being called when you wanted a positive review from me after leasing and now that I need assistance with my car, no one is around. The car should not have issues after less than 3 months first of all, but now that it does, I can’t get it in for service because of limited options and no loaner cars available. It has been ridiculous. More

I have leased and/or purchased 4 Kias over the years, from a Cadenza to a Kia Sportage which I was leasing and have now purchased. My experience with Executive Kia has been excellent. The vehicle is just what I need for coming and going to work and it has AWD which is a big help during winter. I have identified all the people with whom I have contact and each and every one has been knowledgeable, helpful and gets the job done. My latest meeting was with Cristian Hernandez helped me close out issues work with paperwork associated with the purchase of Kia and obtained DMV documents to get me on the road. Executive Kia is a great outfit, and I wish them continued success. More
