I used this dealership a few years back with my Kia Sorento, the staff was amazing then and the same great experience more recently. I must say Rachel was as pleasant and patient in person as she was Sorento, the staff was amazing then and the same great experience more recently. I must say Rachel was as pleasant and patient in person as she was the previous Friday on the phone and I believe I called 3 times to change the appointment and not 1 time did she get annoyed! Excellent customer service!!!! More
