The last few times that I took my 2013 Kia Sorento in for Service have not been good. They drained my antifreeze and did not refill it, so my SUV started running hot - good thing I know my vehicle! Also, I Service have not been good. They drained my antifreeze and did not refill it, so my SUV started running hot - good thing I know my vehicle! Also, I am noticing something strange with my head, fog & running lights that wasn't happening before I took it in. So, it's as if they're messing around with it so something worse will happen to it. They have destroyed my trust. I have had more than 10 year's history with them - 2010 Kia Soul & the 2013 Kia Sorento. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicles back there anymore for service! Very disappointed 😞. Very sad. More
