I was always told that they would call me with an update, but I always had to reach out to them. I felt like if I weren't micromanaging every step of the process, my repair would never have been completed. M but I always had to reach out to them. Adam originally said that he would order parts while we waited for approval for GEICO - then I asked if the parts had been received and was told that first GEICO had to approve - and then the parts were on backorder (which meant that the repair could not be completed the week I had off from work without getting a rental car). It took 2 full months to complete the repair. I also made it very, very clear that I did not want to rent a rental car. I was constantly offering suggestions as to how to accomplish the repair without needing a rental car - but information such as the fact that they made repairs on Saturdays would have been helpful - I always had to ask for this info, it was never supplied to me. We decided on a Saturday repair date, but then I was told the repair needed more time and I would have to rent a car anyway. Then I was told that Kia Customer Care will reimburse the rental car and it has been weeks and I am still in limbo with that. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
