Anytime I've dealt with anyone at this dealership from either a Sales or Service perspective, I've always been treated respectfully and honestly as to work that might be required. Friendly maintenance service, is the reason why I kept going back to this KIA. Parts, are overpriced! Recently I was quoted $160 for a side view mirror. My son located a new mirror for $40. I don't m going back to this KIA. Parts, are overpriced! Recently I was quoted $160 for a side view mirror. My son located a new mirror for $40. I don't mind paying a little more, but really 4 times more is not acceptable. I will still go to this KIA dealership for maintenance service, but will shop around when other work is needed. Then again, with the experience with the side view mirror perhaps it is time to shop around for the maintenance service too. More
