A long day but worth it in the end Todd went above and beyond to help me get a new Kia Sportage. Mine was a 2008 and needed a lot of work. Free oil change, honest diagnosis, and free shuttle rides! I haven't been to Executive Kia service often lately because my 2012 Optima has been sitting since my daughter went to college. It developed a weird I haven't been to Executive Kia service often lately because my 2012 Optima has been sitting since my daughter went to college. It developed a weird noise from the front end, so I took it in for a diagnosis. They gave me a ride to work (and picked me again later) while they changed the oil and searched for the problem. I feared I was in for a big repair, but at 150,000 miles the car was probably due for it. Turns out the noise was just some rust on the rotors from sitting outside and they cleaned it off.. I asked how much i owed them but they said "no charge". Even after a free oil change, two free rides.... and a free coupon to a carwash. Lots of other places would have found something to charge me for. And everyone there was glad just to make me happy. This place is terrific! I'm hoping Kia meets my needs for my next new car purchase so I can continue to bring my car here for service. More
Tucker was great, addressed me as soon as I came in and the car was serviced quickly. My lease is coming to an end so I was able to see Mike Crespo during my wait for the oil change and go over what my o the car was serviced quickly.
